Here at The Anchorage, we are more than a resort. We are also a community that welcomes you. Whether it’s your first or your 100th time visiting, our friendly on-site rental staff will ensure your experience is worth coming back for. We understand how precious memories can be. Let us help create the memories that you want to relive over and over.
All of our rental accommodations are privately owned. These spacious condominiums measuring over 1,200 sq. ft for a 2-bedroom and 2,400 sq ft for a 3-bedroom. Additionally, each rental accommodation has large, private outdoor balconies accessible from each room, as well as a fully equipped kitchen, luxury linens, cable TV, and high-speed Wi-Fi. Therefore, you'll have everything you need to stay for a week, a month, or longer!
There is ample parking for all our guests, and very little (if any) reason to drive anywhere. We have luggage carts and two elevators for convenience.
We also guarantee privacy. Our gate at the front of the property, paired with key or code entry on all access points, provides you with peace of mind.

We are humble when it comes to many things, but when we have one of the largest heated swimming pools on Siesta Key, it’s just too hard not to brag. Also, directly across the street we have a private beach access gate, so you can enjoy paradise away from the crowds. Are you a pickleball or tennis lover? We’ve got the courts and all the equipment. Need a workout? Try our exercise room. Also, enjoy complimentary Wi-Fi around the premises.

Everything imaginable that you could need can be found within walking distance. This includes restaurants, shops, markets, charter boats, and fishing equipment. You can rent just about anything: kayaks, paddleboards, boats, bikes, golf carts and beyond.
Need a ride? Check out these free options:
- Siesta Key Breeze trolley – has stops all along the roadsides from the North Village down to Turtle Beach, and even into downtown Sarasota. The trolley runs Sunday through Thursday from 8am to 10 pm, and on Friday and Saturday from 8 am to 12am.
- Frog Hop – The Frog Hop makes regular rounds in between the trolley’s schedule following the same path and stops. They have a unique way of grabbing your attention with the “ribbit ribbit” horn they use. It’s almost too cute to resist.
On a time crunch? If you need to get somewhere at a specific time, there are personalized services such as the Frog Hop (844-FROG HOP) and Johnny’s Original Free Ride (941-928-9200) that can come pick you up and take you where you need to go. Johnny’s Free ride also provides grocery delivery.
